RUBY BUILDERS has been selected as Construction Manager at Risk for the Shenandoah Elementary School Renovations project.  This project is in the preconstruction phase.

RUBY BUILDERS was selected by Orange County Public Schools to provide a partial reroof and HVAC modifications to the West Orange High School.   This project is complete.

RUBY BUILDERS was selected by Orange County Public Schools to provide improvements to the retention pond at Lakeview Middle School.  This project is complete.

RUBY BUILDERS has been selected by the Osceola School District to provide Design/Build services for the Black Box Theater at St. Cloud High School.

DR. JAMES R. SMITH COMMUNITY CENTER POOL

and BATHHOUSE ADDITION

Orlando, Florida

RUBY BUILDERS was selected by the City of Orlando to provide Construction Management services for the Dr. James R. Smith Community Center Pool and Bathhouse addition.  This project is complete.

PALM BAY HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION

Melbourne, Florida

RUBY BUILDERS was selected as design-builder for the Palm Bay High School additions and renovations.  This school is located in the School District of Brevard County.  The project is complete.

UNIVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL REROOF

Orlando, Florida

RUBY BUILDERS was been selected by Orange County Public Schools as the CM at Risk for the reroofing project at University High School.  This project included upgrading the gymnasium and cafeteria to Enhanced Hurricane Protection Areas as well as reroofing all 17 buildings on campus.  This project was completed in phases.

RUBY BUILDERS was selected by the City of Orlando to build the new Community Center in the Rosemont section of the city.  This project is complete.

SPACE COAST Jr/Sr HIGH SCHOOL Renovations

Port St. John, Florida

RUBY BUILDERS was selected by the School Board of Brevard County as the Design/Build CM for the renovations at Space Coast Jr/Sr High School.  This completed project  included extensive interior renovations including refurbishing classrooms and media center.

SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS OFFICE, Kissimmee, Florida

RUBY BUILDERS has completed renovations of the Osceola County Supervisor of Elections Office in Kissimmee.

SATELLITE BEACH HIGH SCHOOL, Brevard County

Dining Canopy

RUBY BUILDERS was selected to provide design/build services for a new dining canopy at the Satellite Beach High School in Brevard County.  This project is complete.

CEP PARTNERSHIP SCHOOL, Orange County

RUBY BUILDERS has completed the conversion of Semoran Blvd. Scotty's building into the CEP Partnership School for Community Education Partners.

MILLENNIUM MIDDLE SCHOOL, Seminole County

RUBY BUILDERS renovated the auditorium/stage for Millennium Middle School.  The project consisted of new insulation, HVAC and electrical revisions, and updating the fire alarm system.

BENTLEY ELEMENTARY, Seminole County

RUBY BUILDERS has completed a retaining wall at the elementary school site.

NEW DIMENSIONS HIGH SCHOOL, Osceola County

GYM AND MEDIA CENTER

RUBY BUILDERS has completed the Design/Build of the $1.5 million Gymnasium and Media Center for New Dimensions High School in Kissimmee, Florida. The 20,000 square foot project consisted of a new gymnasium facility as well as a media center addition.  New Dimension High School is a privately owned school located in Osceola County.

COLOR WHEEL

RUBY BUILDERS has completed the 17,000 square foot two-story office addition to the Color Wheel office on Silver Star Road in Orlando, Florida.

SEMINOLE COUNTY LIBRARIES

RUBY BUILDERS has finished renovations to three Seminole County Libraries.  The Hunt Club, Lake Mary and Oviedo Libraries were receiving repairs to eliminate water intrusion problems.

THREE POINTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

ODYSSEY MIDDLE SCHOOL

RUBY BUILDERS completed the construction of two new Orange County Public Schools in August, 2001.  Three Points Elementary School and Odyssey Middle School, both Schenkel/Shultz designs, were completed in time for the opening of school in August of 2001.

Ruby Builders, Inc. received the highest national award for “Safety Training & Evaluation Process” from the Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc., a national trade association representing over 21,000 contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and related firms across the U.S.  ABC presented the 2001 S.T.E.P. Award (Platinum Level) to Ruby Builders in recognition of its supreme achievement in the development of its company wide safety program.
