Winter Park Public Library

The Winter Park Library was one of challenges you remember forever. It was highly successful. The project was to add a third story to an existing library while maintaining continual operations. We did this without any injuries, leaks or closing of the facilities. We built a new structural steel frame on the existing building without any leaks. We added to the existing staircases while keeping legal fire egresses. Another obstacle to overcome was to match the new brick with the old. We are proud to say the new level looks like it was always there.

Rosemont Community Center

Built for the City of Orlando, this Community Center included an olympic sized swimming pool and a computer center, arts and crafts room, billiards room and a playground area.
