Most recently, Ruby Builders was the General Contractor for the reroof project at University High School in Orange County, Florida.

Ruby Builders was chosen as Design Builder for the School Board of Brevard County's pavilion at Satellite Beach High School.  Also in Brevard County, Ruby Builders was Construction Manager for the Renovation Project at Space Coast Jr/Sr High School. And at Palm Bay High School, Ruby Builders was the design/builder of a Law Academy and media center addition to the Palm Bay High School.

Ruby Builders was the general contractor renovating the former Scotty's building on Semoran Boulevard for the Community Education Partners use as a CEP School.  The school was opened in phases with final completion in December 2002.

As an experienced school builder in Orange, Seminole, Lake and Brevard Counties, Ruby Builders completed two new schools for Orange County Public schools.  Three Points Elementary School and Odyssey Middle School opened in August of 2001on time and under budget.
